Roger is about 2 years old and is about 20 lbs or maybe a little less. He is a happy boy whose tail is always wagging. What a perfect pet! And he is already NEUTERED. His last day is listed as April 24.

Who is Gail and how can I help her? She and DRDR seem to pull alot of dogs. I already give to DRDR, but would like to help Gail and her organization.
